Overview

Enkonix is a Tech Business Partner for established SMBs. We help decision makers identify missing value in their business and capture it through business strategy, software engineering, and AI automation, while strengthening cybersecurity and reducing technology and operational inefficiencies We are seeking a highly organized, technically minded Senior Project/Product Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role owns the delivery of high-impact client programs — from value discovery and scoping through execution, launch, and scaling - ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and ROI stay aligned You will operate at the intersection of strategy, product, delivery, and operations, translating executive objectives into prioritized backlogs, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring we deliver high-ROI quick wins first, then scale using the unlocked revenue

What Success Looks Like (Outcomes)

  • Clients can clearly articulate the ROI of delivered work (revenue unlocked, time saved, risk reduced)
  • Delivery operations are predictable: clear scope, stable cadence, transparent risk management, and crisp stakeholder communications

    • Responsibilities:

    1) Value-Driven Delivery Leadership

    • Lead multiple concurrent client initiatives, owning delivery from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization
    • Create and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards tied to business outcomes - not just outputs
    • Drive execution cadence (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid), ensuring consistent throughput and predictable releases
    • Manage scope and tradeoffs; keep stakeholders aligned on what delivers the highest value

    2) Product & Requirements Ownership

    • Convert executive-level objectives into actionable requirements: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements
    • Partner with UX/design to validate workflows and ensure solutions work for real users in real operating environments
    • Maintain a continuously prioritized backlog focused on ROI, feasibility, and risk
    • Ensure delivered solutions are production-ready (monitoring expectations, support readiness, documentation, adoption enablement)

    3) AI Automation & Operational Efficiency Enablement

    • Identify and execute workflow automation opportunities (internal and client-side), including AI-enabled automations where appropriate
    • Ensure automations are measurable (baseline vs. post), reliable, secure, and maintainable
    • Coordinate cross-functional implementation spanning integrations, data flows, process redesign, and change management

    4) Cybersecurity-by-Default Delivery

    • Embed security expectations into delivery: threat-aware requirements, access control considerations, secure SDLC practices, vendor risk awareness, and release readiness checks
    • Coordinate with technical leads to ensure security improvements are delivered as part of value capture, not treated as an afterthought

    5) Stakeholder, Vendor, and Executive Communications

    • Run effective executive updates: progress against ROI goals, milestones, risks, financials, and decisions required
    • Align internal teams and external vendors; manage dependencies and unblock delivery with urgency and clarity
    • Communicate technical details in a way that enables fast, confident decisions by non-technical stakeholders

    6) Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement

    • Improve how we deliver: templates, playbooks, reporting, estimation, retrospectives, quality gates, and compliance routines
    • Run post-project evaluations and ensure lessons learned are applied across future engagements
    • Help scale Enkonix’s delivery system without sacrificing the “individual end-to-end approach"

    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • 5+ years managing complex software initiatives in a technical environment
    • Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery across web/mobile/backend/integrations, including QA/UAT and release management
    • Strong mastery of Agile delivery practices plus the judgment to apply pragmatic hybrids when needed
    • Proficiency with delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Slack, etc.) for planning, tracking, and reporting
    • Strong analytical thinking: ability to quantify value, compare options, and prioritize work based on ROI and risk
    • Solid technical fluency (APIs, environments, CI/CD concepts, integrations, data flows) to collaborate effectively with engineering
    • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication, including concise status reporting and expectation management
    • Consistent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel

    Bonus Points (Preferred)

    • Experience delivering AI-enabled automations (workflow automation, retrieval, copilots/agents) with measurable business impact
    • Experience improving cybersecurity posture in delivery contexts (secure SDLC, access controls, vendor risk, incident readiness)
    • Process improvement methodologies and experience implementing scalable operations in growing organizations
    • Experience serving SMB decision makers and balancing speed, cost, and quality under real-world constraints
    • Domain familiarity with one or more: Insurance, EdTech, Automation-first businesses, Action Sports, or adjacent regulated/operationally complex sectors
