  • Organizing office (weekly office purchases, management cleaning agency, working with office equipment)
  • Assisting the organisation's HR functions
  • Assist with daily administrative personal requests of founders
  • Meeting visitors
  • Help colleagues with their requests
  • Supporting and coordinating corporate holiday, company events or conferences
