Overview

Enkonix is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Lisbon. This role doesn’t require prior experience in office management — what matters most is your ability to keep things running smoothly, stay organized, and support the team with day-to-day operations. If you’re a natural problem-solver with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced English and at least a basic level of Portuguese
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of active driving experience
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role will be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-functioning workspace
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and visitors
  • Assist in organizing team events, meetings, and social activities
  • Collaborate with HR on ongoing HR tasks such as supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, organizing initiatives like employee gifts and celebration, etc.
  • Assist with SMM activities, including content planning and content creation for company social media channels
  • Occasional assistance with other business and personal tasks
